A++. As someone that purely expects the basics and service to be professionally completed - these guys went above and beyond to squeeze my 370z in for a service. Communications and professionalism were well above board for the Service Desk Receptionist David's assistance. After the A+ service, Dave directed me to the waiting area - which has everything you need, from the hot beverages to an area to entertain kids and TV. Kelly (Reception) also showed exceptional customer service by showing me to a spectacular Lightning Blue? 400z (v6 Twin Turbo btw✌️) whilst waiting. Kelly noticed me in the waiting room (within 2 mins of arriving) where she introduced herself, offering any further assistance/further questions. The overall positive aura today made an already stressful day become way more comfortable. Shows outside the box thinking and accommodating services from both David & Kelly can change someone's entire day, from negative to positive. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but definitely take the time to leave them when service is beyond expected. [SELF CARE] ✌️

The new team is not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive to customer needs. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. They took the time to explain the service process thoroughly, and I appreciated their transparency. Moreover, the service itself was top-notch. My car was returned to me in excellent condition, and I could tell that the technicians had done a fantastic job. It's clear that the new manager Shea is committed to maintaining high standards. Overall, the improvements in the front-end staff and management have elevated the Total Nissan service department. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality car maintenance. My girlfriend purchased an X-Trail from Mark Holt, she has insisted I leave a review as he was the most "Non-Salesperson" she had ever met. Professional, efficient, friendly and most importantly - not pushy! She felt comfortable from start to finish, with Mark updating us the whole process. Anyone wanting a new Nissan please do yourselves a favour and ask for Mark. You will not be disappointed!

Had my car serviced here recently. Nearly $2000 for a service and brakes. Over charged, over priced, and didn't look into the issues that i wanted investigated. Customer service at the service centre was apalling and they tried to charge me twice, arguing that money hadn't been received. Don't take your car here to be serviced by charlatans, take it to a decent mechanic who will repair what's needed, be honest about the work, and not try and take you for a ride.

I bought my ute from Total Nissan and am very satisfied with the service from the staff. Worthy of mention is Aziz and Tom who supported me through the process of deciding, financing, test drive and pick up. The process was extremely smooth due to these two wonderful staff at Total Nissan. Look out for Aziz the next time you are at Total Nissan. He's a superstar. Tom works hard to make your finance possible. Both of them deserve 10 stars.
